About the School

The Children’s Montessori Center teachers are experienced, professional, qualified teachers, and trained in the Montessori Methodology. The Children’s Montessori Center is fully licensed by the State Office for Children, holds membership in the Montessori School of Massachusetts, is affiliated with the North America Montessori Teachers Association and American Montessori Society Teachers Association. All teachers are Montessori trained or certified and maintain current child developmental credentials.

The school opened in 1990 and currently has over 70 families enrolled in the program.  The Director and Owner of the School is Noeline Kohr.   Noeline has been teaching Montessori for over 25 years. 

Program Information

Toddler Class: 19 months to 2 years 9 months

Preschool Class (I): 3 to 6 year old (includes Kindergarten children)

Preschool Class (II): 3 to 6 year old (includes Kindergarten children)

The Kindergarten Extended Day program is a unique opportunity for the five year old to further their abilities and confidence in preparing for elementary school.

CMC offers summer camp to children enrolled in the program.
